Returns Policy
By law a customer can claim a refund or replacement if the goods supplied:

• have a fault that the customer was not aware of at the time of purchase;
• are not as they were described.

To claim a refund or replacement, please:

• report the fault immediately;
• return the goods at your expense within 14 days of purchase;
• provide details of the fault;
• provide proof of purchase;
• look after the goods until they are returned;
• stop using the goods until they are returned.

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Replacement goods will be despatched within 2 days of receipt of goods, where stock is to hand.  We will advise you of expected delivery time when items need to reordered. Replacement goods will be despatched at our expense.

We also offer exchange for incorrect sizing on footwear and baby items, provided the item has not been worn and is in sale condition. To exchange, you must:

• request exchange within 14 days of purchase;
• return goods at your expense within 14 days of purchase;
• provide proof of purchase.

We will despatch exchanged items within 2 days of receipt of goods, where stock is to hand. We will advise you of expected delivery time when items need to reordered. Exchanged goods will be despatched at our expense.

Sorry, we do not exchange or refund if you change your mind.

ibuTrade complies fully with the Privacy Act 1988. Customer details are only collected for delivery purposes or if a customer indicates consent to receiving ibuTrade promotional emails. In accordance with the Spam Act 2003, we will not send any unsolicited emails and if a customer no longer wishes to receive ibuTrade promotional emails, upon notifying us, their details will be permanently deleted from our customer database.

ibuTrade guarantees that all customer information is confidential and will never be shared with a third party.

The ibuTrade site is protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate and purchases are processed using the Mastercard payment gateway. All payment details are encrypted for protection and are not stored. This ensures secure credit card transactions on our site.
